Flawless Beauty makes affordable luxury skincare for busy, warm-hearted superwomen and men who want to feel like their lovely selves when they look in the mirror. With good, clean ingredients and plenty of TLC, we take care of the women who take care of everyone else, so that they glow from the inside out. Flawless Beauty also offers services such as skin healing facials and hair removal services by wax or sugaring. We specialize in hyperpigmentation and dry skin. We use sought after clinical grade products such as Image skincare, Eminence, and Lira clinical skincare.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Flawless Beauty, every appointment is personal and tailored just for you. To ensure the best experience for you and others, I kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests unless they are also scheduled for a service. Deposits & Booking To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable deposit (retainer) is required at the time of booking. This amount is applied toward your total service cost and secures your spot on my schedule. Deposits must be paid within 3 days of scheduling, or the appointment may be released. Respecting Your Time & Mine I limit the number of clients each day to give you the highest level of care and attention. Every appointment is carefully prepared for, well before you walk through the door. Because of this, I have a cancellation policy in place to protect both my time and the experience of all my clients: Cancellation Policy: • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. • I understand life happens — however, work emergencies, illness, and travel delays are not exempt from this policy. • Running late? If you’re more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be considered canceled and will be charged in full. Payment & Card on File: A credit card is required to hold your appointment and is securely stored. If the cancellation policy is not honored, your card will be charged according to the terms above. Reminders: Appointment reminders via text and email are sent as a courtesy. Not receiving a reminder does not waive cancellation fees. As a small business owner, your support means everything to me.
